Assist with meeting, greeting, and encouraging runners as they arrive to the first station along the trail. Record and report runners as they leave this point. Communicate via cell to Event Coordinator.

Youth volunteers must be accompanied by an adult.

Location

Volunteers must park their car at the top of Flagstaff Road and hike the Green Mountain West trail approximately 1 mile to the aid station. The aid station is at the junction of the Green Mountain West trail and the Green-Bear trail.

Aid Station #2 (Boulder Skyline Traverse Challenge) High Priority

Greet, meet, and encourage runners as they arrive to Aid Station #2 in a park. Record and report runners as they leave this point. Communicate via cell to the Event Coordinator.

Youth volunteers must be accompanied by an adult.

Location

Eben G. Fine Park in Boulder. Look for the Mental Health Partners banner. Exact location is first-come, first-served. We try to get the shelter near the bathrooms, but it may be at a picnic table near the sidewalk by the creek.

Alpine Avenue Cheer (Boulder Skyline Traverse Challenge) High Priority

Details

Spot runners as they come down the street, alert others with horn, cheer the runners as they arrive.

Volunteers who sign up from 3:30 - 5:30 will assist with simple clean-up.

Youth volunteers must be accompanied by an adult.

Location

Ryan Wellness Center, 1000 Alpine Avenue, Boulder, CO.

Mesa Trail Ramble Volunteer Station #1 High Priority

Details

Greet and meet our fundraising hikers and runners on the Mesa Trail Ramble. They can be identified by a blue neck gaiter.

Give a random playing card to the hiker.

Record and report hikers as they leave this point. Communicate via cell to Event Coordinator.

Direct runners to take the first left turn from Bluebell Rd. This spur will go NW to Baseline Rd.

Youth volunteers must be accompanied by an adult.

Location

The intersection of Mesa Trail and Bluebell Road (Mesa Trail ends). There is a park restroom.

Mesa Trail Ramble Volunteer Station #2 High Priority

Direct runners to cross Baseline and head north (downhill) on 6th St.
