Details

Help unload the race materials from the truck and set up the registration and finish line areas. Assist in the registration tent as racers pick up their bibs, etc before the event.
You will be working OUTDOORS in any weather condition. Please wear layers and dress appropriately. Closed toed shoes are a MUST.

Details

Assist the race day staff with the food table (cutting bananas, refilling water coolers, etc.) Some photography assignments may be given as well as helping with general tidiness, trash collection, etc.
All equipment and supplies will be provided.
Assist with the tear down of finish line and registration areas and assist the staff with loading the truck.
You will be working OUTDOORS in any weather condition. Please wear layers and dress appropriately. Closed toed shoes are a MUST. Work gloves are recommended.

Course/Water Station High Priority

Details

Check in at the expo area and get a neon vest! Then you'll head out to the water station or other needed location on the course to direct runners and provide water for them. When the final racer passes through, you'll help clean up the station and collect any course markings nearby.
All water supplies and instructions will be provided.
Assist with the tear down of finish line and registration areas and assist the staff with loading the truck.
You will be working OUTDOORS in any weather condition. Please wear layers and dress appropriately. Closed toed shoes are a MUST. Work gloves are recommended.

Advanced Packet Pick Up Low Priority

Details

Working indoors with racer materials (bibs and shirts) and electronic devices (tablets). Greet racers and give them their race day bib/packet. Answer questions about the event.
