Volunteers will assist with labeling and distribution of race bibs/pins for all participants.
- For registered runners, apply preprinted label to race tags.
- Ensure all runners have a tags and pins
- Shuttle race day registrant information to the start line.

Volunteers will ensure runners are lined up in advance of their wave start, and check that all runners are in the correct wave.
- Announce next 4-5 upcoming waves in the advance.
- Ensure runners stay in their waves.

This volunteer will check to make sure the next wave includes the correct runners.
- Double check wave numbers on tags and make sure no one is starting in an incorrect wave.
- Record anyone that missed their wave and is starting late.

- Make sure runners stay in order in the chute.
- Instruct them how to tear off their tag.
- Collect tags at end of chute and file them in order.
