Race Course Set Up High Priority

You must be 14-100 years old to volunteer for this task.

Details

Race Course set up begins race morning at 5:30 am. Course must be set up with flags, course directing equipment, and ice melt if needed.

Clement Park by pavillion J (by the large playground equipment)

Post-Race Refreshments Medium Priority

You must be 12-100 years old to volunteer for this task.

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Refreshments must be picked up at Sam's Club the day before the race and brought to the race location on race morning. Tables will be set up by the set up committee. Arrange food on the tables for the racers. There are baskets available. Cover food with plastic table cloths until after the race has begun. As racers finish the race and begin helping themselves to refreshments, restock the table.

Bring 8 long folding tables from the Webster building. Set up according to map. Assist with setting up packet pickup, volunteer station, and refreshment tables.
