Assist with setting up the venue area to include, hanging banners, setting up check in/registration area, placing signs and cones, etc

Competition Field Set-up High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

**MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 30+ lbs.
Help unload all fitness equipment and place on the field. Set cones, signs, and barricades on field. Place equipment as directed by field set up lead.

Vendor Check-in/Set-Up Support High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Support vendors carry gear/equipment to their designated slot and assist with setup as requested.

Athlete Check-In High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Welcome and Check-in all athletes. Provide athlete t-shirt and swag bag. guide to athlete photos, recovery area, and athlete staging area.

Event Operations

Parking Attendants (Arrival) Medium Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Direct traffic to designated parking/unloading areas. Smile and welcome all guests.

Info Booth Attendee Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Stand at our info booth and help attendees, athletes, volunteers, and others navigate the event and any questions they have

Sponsor Concierge High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Greet sponsors upon arrival and guide them to their designated area. Check in with sponsors throughout and make sure they have what they need. (Food, drink etc.)

Spectator Challenge Support High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Guide, observe, and support spectators as they participate in our various challenges. Ensure participant follows the rules and document their score. Challenges may include: Air bike, HMMWV pull, Deadlift, Pushups.

Tear-Down Crew

Competition Field Tear Down High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

**MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 30+ lbs.
Help load all fitness equipment into moving truck and follow to CrossFit Loveland to help unload.

Venue Tear Down High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Help clean up the area, remove flags, banners, other decor. Tear down booths, and tables. Place all items in staging area.

Parking Attendants (Departure) Medium Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Direct traffic to park exits. Smile and thank all guests for attending.
