You are responsible for your table and pop up tent. The run.Windsor Crew will provide you with water/hydration jugs, nutrition, trash can, and various aid station supplies.

Pickup your Aid Station Supplies from Packet Pickup from 12 pm - 6 pm on Friday 6/23 at Peculier Ales OR from race start/finish at Boardwalk Park on race day morning. Please return all supplies, including any trash cans/bags provided to the race start/finish at Boardwalk Park after you've cleaned up.

Race Lead Out

The race lead out will be on bike and lead out 10K runners and 5K runners along athlete course. Knowledge of course is required. Maintain a lead of ~50 feet from lead athlete to allow all athletes to follow appropriate course.

Race Sweep

Race Sweep will be on bike. This role requires a great deal of patience, communication, and course knowledge. The Race Sweep will sweep will follow our final 10K athlete for the first 1/2 of the 10K course. Once the final 10K athlete has passed through Aid Station 1 for the second time (7th Street and Lake Windsor Trail) the Race sweep will be responsible for following our final 10K and 5K athlete.

Food Coordinator - Athlete Village

Details

Pre-Race: The food coordinator will be responsible for purchasing/picking up the food/beverages before the race (typically this is done the day before the event) and bringing the food/beverages to the race site, setting up table, cooler, supplies, etc on the day of the event.

Race-Day: Management of the post race food and beverage table for athletes. Make sure all food and beverage is stocked throughout the day and assist athletes. Responsible for overseeing clean up and tear down at the end of the event. (***Set up on race day will be at 7:00 AM with serving food/beverages once athletes start finishing until the event ends)
