We need 6 volunteers to help us with set up. This includes setting up Registration and Sponsor Tables, banners and signs at the Start and Finish Line. In addition we will need volunteers to help course manager set up mile markers and arrows on the course.

Location

6:30 am. start. Meet at River Front Park.

CLEAN UP

We need 6 volunteers to help us with Clean up. This includes breaking down Registration and Sponsor Tables, banners and signs at the Start and Finish Line. In addition we will need volunteers to help course manager bring back mile markers and arrows from the course.

Remove all garbage from food pavilion

FOOD TABLE

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

2 Volunteers Needed to set up and monitor food for race participants. Food should be reserved for racers first. Any extras can be shared with friends and family

Course Marshal

Merch Table

Details

Individuals would be available to answer questions on GRR and sell Club Merchandise. Set up and Clean up of Merchandise is required.
