*Saturday mornings at 7 AM beginning June 29
*Must commit to 9 of 13 training sessions
*Ability to hold a constant determined pace and at the same time be flexible for the athletes should things change
*Encourage, inspire, engage, but not “coach” or give medical advice.
*Follow the scheduled Saturday run workout.
*Pace leader options would be (long run pace) 8:30, 9, 9:30, 10, 10:30, 11, 11:30, 12+
What’s in it for you?
--If you can commit to 9 out of 13 sessions, you will receive $20 in store credit for shoes per session, and exclusive training program hoodie, and a complimentary race entry to the Ridgefield Half Marathon. Store credits entered at end of training cycle.
--Substitute pace leaders receive $15 per session store credit only.
YOU MUST HAVE RUN AT LEAST ONE VERIFIABLE HALF OR FULL MARATHON IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS. PRIOR PACE LEADING EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED. Training coordinator reserves the right to change your pace leading assignment at any time.
