Report first to Woodburn (151 Kings Hwy SW, Dover) - Registration Tent to receive safety vest, instructions and lunch. Then report to Corner of East Division and Maple. Push people up Maple. Direct Fun Walk participants back to finish line after their turnaround.

Sit-Ups: Participants have 30 seconds to do as many sit-ups as they can. Count the sit ups and time using a stopwatch or phone.
Hula-Hoop: Participants will compete to see who can keep the hula hoop from hitting the ground for the longest period of time. Use a stopwatch or phone to time each session.
Plank Challenge: Participants will compete to hold the longest plank. Use a stopwatch or phone to time each hold.
