Details

Volunteers will assist in the day-of-event registration process. This will include checking participants in that have already registered as well as taking any walk-up day of event registrations. You will be supervised by an event staff person. Registration volunteers are expected on site by 6:00 AM, as registration and pick up begin at 6:30 AM.

Finish Line

Minimum met, 3 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Assist race finishers with handing out medals and water. Assist any finishers that may need medical attention by escorting them to first aid. Assist with general finish line clean up after all participants have finished the run/walk.
Finish line volunteers must be on site no later than 6:45 AM.

Water Station

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Set up, serve, and clean up at water/aid station on run course. Be prepared to serve and encourage with a smile as participants stop of your water station to refresh themselves on the way to the finish line. Pour water in cups, serve, and clean up.
Water Station volunteers must be at race site by 6:30 AM.

Food Service

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Details

Serving post race food. This may include handing out bananas and other fruit, and also serving chocolate sundaes to race participants. All will be supervised by an event staff person.
Food service volunteers must be on site no later than 6:45 AM.
