Help set up the course. You will be working with our course director, Tom Stoppiello to set out the cones and signage on the course. You will then follow the last runner in Picking up the cones.

Water Station and Course Marshals on The Course High Priority

Details

Work on the course at the Water Station or on the course as a course marshall. Kids 14 to 17 Can work this task if accompanied by an adult. You direct runners and cheer them on with great enthusiasm! Or you will be handing out water at the water station and keeping that area leaned up! There will be a pre-race meeting at 6:00 AM for all Course Personnel. You must be at this meeting on the day of the event.

Finish Line Activities Set Up/Tear Down - Medals - Water - Bananas

You must be 12 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Unpack the medals and hang them on the medal-rack. Set up finish line water with ice. Hand out Medals to runners. Pack up excess medals and clean up the area after the race. Child age 12 and up can work this if accompanied by a parent.

Work the food tent at the event. High Priority

You must be 21 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Set up the food area and man the griddles. Hand out food and keep the area cleaned up. After the race clean up the area put everything away including taking down the tents, wiping down and folding up tables.

Work the Beer Tent High Priority

You must be 21 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Pour Beers and take the drink tickets for people with a beer ticket. Make sure no one under age or without a ticket gets a beer. If in doubt please check Id. Make sure beer is not wasted while drawing beers from the tap. Experienced Bartenders are preferred. Absolutely NO DRINKING BEER while working in this area!

Set Up After Party High Priority

Set up after Party Area. Set up tents and assist sponsors and vendors set up their booths.

Details

Tear Down and Clean up after the event. This includes anything from taking down tents, folding up tables packing an item on the truck, cleaning up and dumping trash and general clean up.

Trash Detail High Priority

Details

Keep trash Cans Emptied during the event. Keep any loose trash picked up during the event. Empty all trash cans after the event.
