Details

Race Day Packet Pick-up and BIB/shirt distribution are the most important job.

I am looking for 4 people for Packet Pickup (Maybe)4pm-6pm JULY 1st, and definitely, the morning-of at 5:30 am set up. Organizing the bibs and handing out the Packets & t-shirts. YOU WILL EARN A 50$ Gift Card. If you show up both days.
YOU NEED to:
Make sure the person’s timed bib is associated with their correct name, this is very important.
Simple Looking for a number is easier than looking for a name.
Greet runners, ask them there bib number and use the Check-in APP to verify may need to ask them what their name is, then give them that bib, when handing bibs out (Check name, age & gender. Double check)
The next station hands them their t-shirt. This station is recommended to have the different sizes stacked up separately for quick access. Labeled race bibs will have shirt size
