Packet Pick Up High Priority

Details

Packet Pick Up will be held 2 days at the store. Volunteers will be set up outside on the sidewalk with table and chairs. Volunteers will be provided list of race participants and will simply check the people off the list as they show up. You will hand them their race bib, goody bag and race shirt (if selected).

We will be accepting race registrations at packet pick up as well. Fleet Feet staff member will be present to assist with this.

The day will be broken into shifts both days. Please email mary@fleetfeetstuart.com if you can stay longer or have special time requests.

Race Day Volunteer

Race Day Finish Line High Priority

Race Day Finish Line: Water and Finisher Medal

- Hand out water bottles to participants at Finish Line
- Hand out Finisher medals to participants at Finish Line
- Hand out cool towels to participants at Finish Line.
The race starts at 6:00pm on Saturday, May 18, 2023. We would need you to arrive by 5:15pm for instructions.

Race Day - Water Station High Priority

Details

Great way for a group of friends, group of family members or business co-workers to support the community. Hand water to race participants as they pass. Volunteers will be given supplies needed and will need to make sure all trash is picked up and brought back to Finish line area.

Cheer on race participants as they pass.

Corner of Rowley Rd and West Park - typically is set up around 1.5 mile mark of the race course.

Race Day Route Spotter High Priority

Details

Spotters needed along the race route
- Lookout for anyone having trouble
- Stationed at variety of positions through route
- Encourage/Cheer participants
- Communicate any needs for medical assistance
- Make sure participants make proper turns and stay on race course

*Check in at Volunteer table on race day to receive location on route
