Cheer Person/Groups

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

Volunteers are needed along the course of the race to cheer on the runners and direct them of any safety hazards or direction changes along the course. We are looking for fun, spirted people to encourage the runners and make them smile!

Parking Attendent

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 9 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers are needed to work in the parking area. Responsibilities include directing traffic into parking lot, help people find parking spots, and answer questions about where bib pick-up and race start is located. This position will require you to stand for your entire shift.

Details

Volunteers are needed to check-in each volunteer as they arrive and give them their assignments and any last minute instructions.

Registration/Packet Pick-Up

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

The morning of the event volunteers are needed to pass out race bibs, t-shirts, and help with race day registration. Responsibilities include handling questions, checking identification, looking up names alphabetically, line management, handling money & transaction sales on a IPad. This is an important, fast pace area with a flurry of activity happening simultaneously, the smoothness of the race depends on you!

Water Station

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 17 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers are needed to assist with two water stations on the race course. Responsibilities include filling cups with water or Gatorade and handing to runners as they come by. This position requires standing during the entire race and you should have a good personality and enjoy cheering on the runners.

Finish Line

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers are needed in the finish line area. This position requires volunteers to stand in the sun for the entire shift. Responsibilities include keeping runner/walkers moving through the race finish line area, handing out water and finisher medals.

Set-up Crew

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 14 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers needed to help with water stations, table, chairs, signs and banner set-up and tear down in the main pavilion area and along the course.
