Guide guests and vendors to their parking areas. place signs just before the last lot before start line

Signs High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Upon arrival , signs need to be placed along the roadway from the park marquis sign.
Course signs should be placed along the course. The signs with arrows will help direct guests around the tricky spots so they don't go off course

Water High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Set up water stations
Fill dog bowls along roadway and course

Vendor Liason High Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Assist vendors to their spots and assist set up. Be sure vendor vehicles are off roadway by 5:45pm

Set up High Priority

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

Assist in getting tents and tables from park storage
set up tents then tables along grass behind sidewalk
Unload Barky Vehicle
Set up shirts according to men/woman and size ordered , on table behind registration

Pup care High Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Keep an eye on dogs. Be sure no one handles them roughly or sticks fingers in the kennels
take them out on leash for potty breaks and keep water filled.

Medals High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Prepare medals near timing table at arch. Assist handing out medals to runners and walkers as they cross the finish line.
