Helping our Foundation is a perfect opportunity to fulfill Student Service Hours or Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Community Hours.
We encourage you to represent your school or organization shirt proudly. We appreciate your support!
Every volunteer will receive a 5K T-shirt when they check in, and a volunteer lanyard that must be returned before you leave.

REGISTRATION
Help us in the registration tent to check in the 5K participants on the day of the event.
5K EVENT COMMITTEE
Help us plan and coordinate our Annual Run for the Cherubs 5K event that is always held the first Saturday in February! We’ll match you up with a task(s) you’re passionate about.
AM EVENT SET UP
Are you an early riser? We could always use extra hands setting up the morning of the event.
WATER STATION ATTENDANT
Be part of a vital team that will hand water out to the 5K participants at key points.
FINISHER MEDAL DISTRIBUTION
Our 5K participants will work hard to finish the race, and you’ll be there to give them a medal for their efforts.
PARTICIPANT MOTIVATORS
Cheer on the 5K participants by motivating them with positive encouragement as they race to the finish while also directing them along the route. Pom Poms and Motivation signs will be provided.
VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN
Help check in volunteers and direct to task assignment. If you have a service hour sheet, collect it at this time with the correct time in and school representation. Race representative will sign with time out.
BREAKDOWN/CLEAN UP CREW
Help us collect signs and break down tents and tables post-event
FINISH LINE PHOTOGRAPHERS
Student photographers- this task is for you!
