Finish Line

Registration

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Assist with registration the day of the event. This will entail checking in pre-registered participants that have not yet picked up their materials. Also you may be registering walk up participants that have not yet registered. All will be supervised by an event staff person.
All registration volunteers must be on site by 6:00 AM.

Finish Line

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Handing out water and medals at finish line to participants. Assisting participants with needs at finish line. General finish line clean up once event is complete.
All Finish line volunteers must be on site by 6:45 AM.

Water Stations

At least 9 more volunteers needed.

Details

Set up and serve water to participants on the course as they run/walk by. Need to be good spirited and ready to serve and cheer the runners and walkers on with encouraging words. Once all participants are finished general clean up of water station is needed.
All water station volunteers must be on site by 6:30 AM.

Food service

At least 9 more volunteers needed.

Details

Food service at the various food tables in event venue. This may include serving Chocolate Sundaes to participants.
6:45 AM.
