Help us build excitement and drive registrations for the 2nd Annual event! Volunteers will join our Race Organizer at high-traffic local partner businesses to host promotional tables, share the mission of Mothers Helping Mothers, hand out flyers, and help community members register for the race on-site using QR codes.

Note: Dates and locations are currently being finalized. By signing up here, you are joining our Outreach Roster, and we will contact you directly with a calendar of specific 2-to-3-hour shifts (weekend mornings and afternoons) to choose from as they lock in.

Enthusiastically welcome people to the table and share race details.
Assist community members with navigating the online registration link.
Help set up and break down the table display and banners.

They hand out medals as runners cross the finish line, guide them through the chute, and offer congratulations.

This team is responsible for breaking down the start/finish line and loading all supplies and equipment back into vehicles.

Water Station Setup & Crew High Priority

Details

Ensure water stations are setup with water coolers, cups, trash and ice. An energetic team that fills and hands out cups of water to runners as they pass, while cheering them on and cleaning up dropped cups. Multiple stations will be setup for the runners and walkers.

Help us welcome participants as they arrive at the Sarasota Polo Club! Volunteers in this role will work alongside the venue's professional traffic staff to direct incoming cars to the correct parking lots, greet participants, and point them toward the registration area and Vendor Village.

What to Expect: An active, outdoor role involving standing, waving, and answering basic directional questions to ensure a smooth, welcoming arrival for our runners and families.

Time Commitment: Early morning shift on race day (Sunday, October 4, 2026).
