Help us welcome participants as they arrive at the Sarasota Polo Club! Volunteers in this role will work alongside the venue's professional traffic staff to direct incoming cars to the correct parking lots, greet participants, and point them toward the registration area and Vendor Village.

What to Expect: An active, outdoor role involving standing, waving, and answering basic directional questions to ensure a smooth, welcoming arrival for our runners and families.

Time Commitment: Early morning shift on race day (Sunday, October 4, 2026).

Volunteers will work indoors (TBD Location) to greet runners/walkers, look up their registration names on a master list, and hand out the correct race bibs, timing chips, and event t-shirts.
Checking in runners day of the race, handing out bibs and shirts, and processing any last-minute registrations.
