Packet Pick up

You must be 15 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Volunteer will assist with packet pick up. A SNL staff will check in the runner and give a shirt size. The volunteer will get the correct shirt size and stuff it into a bag and hand it to the runner. Report time will be 5:00 pm at the volunteer tent next to the community center, then to registration area of the community center. WE ENCOURAGE ALL VOLUNTEERS TO COME DRESSED UP IN A COSTUME!!!

Finish Line Water

You must be 15 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Volunteer will prepare water cups and/ or bottles for the runners as they cross the finish line. Report time will be 5:00 pm at the volunteer tent next to the community center to get finish line supplies and set up water coolers and post race refreshments. WE ENCOURAGE ALL VOLUNTEERS TO COME DRESSED UP IN A COSTUME!!!

Race Chip Collector

Details

Volunteers will assist race officials with the removal of the race chip at the end of the race before the runners proceed to the refreshments area. Report time will be 5:00 pm at the volunteer tent next to the community center, then to the finish line area as indicated on the event map. WE ENCOURAGE ALL VOLUNTEERS TO COME DRESSED UP IN A COSTUME!!!

Details

These volunteers will be placed at every corner in the race to make sure the 5K participants go the right direction. We strongly encourage this volunteer to dress up in costume!!! At least eight of these volunteers will double up as Zombies in the Zombie Rush portion of the event immediately following the run.

Zombie Rush Entrance

Details

This volunteer will stand at the entrance of the Zombie rush and allow only those with a wristband into the trail. THIS POSITION REQUIRES VOLUNTEER TO BE DRESSED IN A COSTUME, PREFERABLY GRIM REAPER STYLE.

Help kids on and off inflatable obstacle course, making sure only one kids goes at a time. Report time will be 5:00 pm at the volunteer tent next to Community Center, then to the large slide in the family fun area indicated on the event map. WE ENCOURAGE ALL VOLUNTEERS TO COME DRESSED UP IN A COSTUME!!!

This volunteer will be standing at the entrance of the Haunted maze letting a few people at a time in. They will need to be super serious leading people to the long lost demise! Report time will be 4 pm at the volunteer tent next to community center. THIS POSITION REQUIRES VOLUNTEER TO BE DRESSED IN A COSTUME, PREFERABLY ZOMBIE.
