Check in at Volunteer Tent at Poynter Park. Parking Attendants will be split between the Poynter Institute “Vendor” Lot and C-Lot “VIP Sponsor” Lot. For access to lots guests should have a PASS to present OR be able to indicate what group they are with (use best judgement). Please be in place at Parking Lot no later than 5:45 AM.

Parking Attendants - Second Shift High Priority

Check in at Volunteer Tent at Poynter Park. Parking Attendants will be stationed along the route back to the C-Lot from Poynter Park to help guests find their way back to their cars.

Traffic Controller High Priority

Check in at Volunteer Tent at Poynter Park. Traffic Controllers will assist guests when they arrive on Johns Hopkins Campus towards the appropriate parking lots, C -Lot & East/West Garages.

Hospitality Tent - Finish Line Fest High Priority

Details

Check in at Poynter Park with Volunteer Tent. Stand at Hospitality Tent entrance and monitor tent for guests with VIP Wristbands. This tent is restricted to Sponsors and Special Guests. Assist guests with getting coffee and snacks. Replenish as needed. Use best judgement if guest says they are with a Sponsor.
