Details

Assist with participant check-in, bib assignment, and shirt and bib distribution. Additional support may include preparing group packets.

The first shift will be located inside the 500 Building, while the second shift will be outside the 500 Building at the drive-through or walk-up check-in stations.

Note: Assigning bibs requires the use of an iPad or smartphone. A few devices will be available onsite, but if you're comfortable using your own, feel free to use it.

Details

Go directly to the registration tables at the main entrance of the hospital for instructions. Assist runners with getting shirts, bibs, and chips. Assist with flow of traffic for registration. NOTE: Bib/chip assignment requires the use of an iPad or Smartphone. Some will be provided onsite, but if you feel comfortable using your own device it can be helpful at times.
