Details

Go directly to the registration tables at the main entrance of the hospital for instructions. Assist runners with getting shirts, bibs, and chips. Assist with flow of traffic for registration. NOTE: Bib/chip assignment requires the use of an iPad or Smartphone. Some will be provided onsite, but if you feel comfortable using your own device it can be helpful at times.

Assist kids with getting their capes and advising participates that the Kids Dash will begin around 9:30 AM at the Kids Dash Tent. The tent will also have an opportunity for kids to create a piece of superhero artwork with their painted handprint – volunteers will assist with this as well.

Help keep games together and balls in the toddles play area. Help make sure kids are age appropriate in the little kid inflatable. Reset yard games as needed.
