Cheer on runners as a Course Marshal!
Course Marshals direct runners along the route to keep them going the right direction.
Course Marshals also direct vehicles to stop to allow runners to pass by safely.

2 Cyclists escort the lead male & female runners and at least 1-2 cyclists follow the last runner (sweeper). All others would spread out to escort the remaining runners.

Details

Cheer on runners on the course at one of our two Aid Stations!
Set up the table with prefilled cups of water.
Provide runners with water and Gatorade.
Tear down the table after the last runner passes the area.
Clean area of discarded cups and any other trash.
