Details

At this table, name of participants will be checked off and then they will receive their running bib to be pinned to their shirt. Runners will then be directed to the starting line and informed of start times and post-race activities. Looking for 3-5 people.

Water Stands

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

We will need 3 stands throughout the race, volunteers are asked to fill paper cups and hand then to participants in an efficient manner. Each stand will require 2-4 people.

Timers

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

This role is critical, timers will need to note runner times as they complete the race. Bibs will be assigned per runner and their times will be noted next to their bib number/name on the participant list.

Food Service

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Subs will be served to the participants at the finish line of the race. We will need 3 volunteers to pass out sandwiches and beverages.
