As a volunteer during the Igniting the Flame Domestic Violence Awareness 5K, your role will be to engage with event attendees and encourage participation in the Harmony & Hope Christmas Sneaker Tree program. Here are your key responsibilities:

1. Engage with Attendees:
- Approach individuals and families at the event, explaining the purpose of the Sneaker Tree.
- Ask if they are willing to adopt a child for the Christmas holiday, providing a brief overview of what this entails.

2. Collect Participant Information:
- If someone agrees to adopt a child, record their full name, cell phone number, and email address.
- Ensure that their information is accurate and readable.

3. Explain the Harmony & Hope Event:
- Inform participants that they will be sponsoring a child for Christmas and will receive a wishlist from the child they adopt.
- The gifts will be collected and distributed during the "Harmony & Hope Christmas: A Gathering of Community Gifts" event on December 14, 2024, at the Brandon Park & Recreation Center at 12:00 PM.
- Clarify that all gifts must be delivered to the office of Restoration & Purpose Community Outreach no later than December 3, 2024.

4. Answer Questions:
- Be ready to answer any questions about the event, including the types of gifts that can be purchased and any other relevant details.
