Biking Race Lead/Course Sweeper High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

All of our volunteers are highly encouraged to wear holiday attire.

This volunteer will bring a bicycle and:

- lead participants through the course
- sweep the course to verify the last participant has finished


Plan to arrive between 7:00 - 7:30 AM and finish sweeping the course at 9:00 AM.

Race Day Packet Pickup / Finish Line

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

All of our volunteers are highly encouraged to wear holiday attire.

This volunteer will:

- Distribute race bibs and T-Shirts on race morning
- Hand out finisher's medals at the finish line

Plan to arrive by 6:45 and finish handing out medals by 9 AM.

Water Stop/Cheer Station

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

All of our volunteers are highly encouraged to wear holiday attire.

Children are invited to participate but those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Our water stop/cheer station volunteers will:

- Set-up the aid station
- Distribute water/Gatorade to participants along the race route
- Clean up area and pack leftover water and cups for pick up
- Cheer for participants during the three times they will pass by

Plan to arrive between 7:00 - 7:30 AM and clean up the water stop by 9 AM.



Course Marshals

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

All of our volunteers are highly encouraged to wear holiday attire.

Our Course Marshals will:

- Review the course map & know the route
- Direct runners along the course to ensure they are going in the right direction
- Cheer for runners as they pass
- Return to the finish area once the course sweeper clears you

Plan to arrive between 7:00 - 7:30 AM and finish by 9 AM.

Photographers

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

All of our volunteers are highly encouraged to wear holiday attire.

Our photographers will:

- Begin taking photos as participants arrive
- Capture the joy of the Reindeer Race and cheer for participants as they pass


Plan to arrive between 6:30 - 7:00 AM and finish by 9:30 AM (includes taking photos at the awards ceremony).
