We are in need of experienced, volunteer hikers to accompany our event leaders and event participants on the trail. Volunteers should be familiar with the Ocean to Lake Hiking Trail and have extensive experience primitive camping in south Florida, basic to advanced backpacking gear and basic trail first-aid. This is a great way to get to know event leaders, promote fun and safety on the trail, and support the Hike2O mission.
More detailed information will be sent upon registering as a volunteer.
All Trail Buddy volunteers will be vetted and confirmed with event staff. Membership to the Florida Trail Association - Loxahatchee Chapter is preferred, but not required.
