Weather dependent on amount of set up that can be completed outside (Expo, Registration, Vendor Tables and Areas)
-Organize as many set up tasks and stations for race morning
-Separate t-shirts with names/stickies
-Stuff Sponsor Bags

Details

Post along race routes (5K & 1 Mile Fun Run) to cheer on runners and help direct runners at marked directional turn spots. Routes will be marked with cones & arrows, but we will need volunteers at designated spots along route to help direct and cheer on participants

Location

Meet at AES Beth Breit Gym to check in with Volunteer Coordinator when you first arrive, and will be escorted by golf cart to designated areas of the route.

Route Water Stations 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run High Priority

Details

3 Total Water Stations. For 5k, Station 1 will be at Berkeley/Wiltshire and Station 2 will be at Lakeshore/Hess. For 1 Mile Fun Run, station will be at 1/2 mile mark in middle of Kingstone. Duties include: Set up Table, Cooler, & Cups. Pass out water to runners, clean up cups, & break down water station.

Location

Meet at AES Beth Breit Gym to check in with Volunteer Coordinator when you first arrive. You will then be escorted via golf cart to your assigned water station along race course
