Details

Arrive at 7:30am at the Clubhouse.

You'll be on the course from 8:20am - 9:45am directing participants to go the correct direction.

The course marshal will stand at designated spots on course to ensure participants are safe and following the race course. They will also direct cars to stay on one side of the road and pass safely.

Location

Meet at the Clubhouse for map and directions and pick-up the map with your designated spot for you to stand during the race.

Packet Pickup / Hospitality

Details

You will help with packet pick-up for participants, answer questions, make participants feel welcome, or hand out water and bananas at the end of the race.

For early Packet Pick-up on Wednesday, arrive at the Clubhouse and hand out packets from 5pm to 7pm

For race day Packet Pick-up on Thursday, arrive at 7:15am at the Clubhouse. Packet pick-up will be from 7:30am - 8:15am. At that time, you'll shift to the water and banana station and hand out water and bananas at the end of the race from 8:50am - 10:00am

Location

Meet at the Clubhouse. There will be a white tent and a table and chairs.

Golf Cart/Bike - Leaders and Sweepers

Details

You will ride your bike or drive the golf cart ahead of the lead runner or drive the golf cart behind the last participant. Goal is to keep everyone safe and pick up any injured participants.

You must provide your own golf cart and/or bike.

Thomas Boyle will be leading the race on bike. Steve Quaile will be the sweeper of the race. Once the runners finish, you will switch to the walking race and sweep that race to the finish.

Meet at the packet pick-up area to get the course map.

Course Set-up and Clean Up

Arriving at 6:30am to set up the course and staying after to clean up the cones from the streets

Music and Sound

Details

Arrive by 7:00am on Thursday and you'll be done by 10:30am.

You'll be responsible for the sound table and playing festive and fun family-friendly music during the event and also making announcements. Plus giving the megaphone to Heather Quaile, Brandon Sellier, Kriston Sellier as needed.
