Report to Joan Davis no later than 5:30 to check in. Then go to the aid station to set up the aid station. Break down the aid station and clean up all trash.

Report to Joan Davis no later than 5:30 a.m. to assist with finish line set up, finish line management (direct runners into chutes, keep them moving, disperse them after finishing), and finish line breakdown.

Pre-race set up

Report to Joan Davis no later than 5:00 a.m. to assist with race set up - set up the tent and tables, safety barriers, sound system, and other equipment.

Equipment/Support

Details

Equipment will be loaded on Friday, September 8, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. from the club storage unit. Equipment will be transported to the race site and unloaded by 5:00 a.m., Saturday, September 9, 2021, then reloaded and returned to the club storage locker after the race. Gloves are recommended.

Refreshments and Water

Report to Joan Davis by 5:00 a.m. to set up refreshments (individually packaged snacks), bottled water for finishers, water barrel with ice water for runners to refill individual water bottles. Break down and clean up afterwards.
