Will help set up silent auction items, will monitor items and bids throughout the auction time. Will circle winner of items on bid sheets. Direct winners on where to pay and give items out when shown paid receipt.

HEAD OF SECURITY

Will have 3 to 5 security aides reporting to you, overall looking for loose animals or anything out of the ordinary. Will need the ability to make decisions, walk and stand for several hours.

Reports to the Head of Security and does duties as assigned. Overall will be walking the grounds during the event assisting where needed and looking for any loose animals and such. Must be able to walk, stand, bend, etc for long periods of time during the 4 hour event.

HEAD OF VENDOR BOOTHS

Oversees set up and organization of Vendor Booths beginning at set up until the event is over. Will have 4-6 Vendor Aides reporting to you to complete duties/tasks as assigned by you. You will be the point person for questions, issues and anything else that may arise during the event.
