Details

Once event participants leave their kayaks and SUPs and head on the run, we need volunteers to guard them. We also need the same volunteers to assist in moving them, if necessary, to make room. Volunteers will also make sure the correct participant is picking up the correct kayak or SUP.

Details

We will need volunteers to man one of the two aid stations. One is located about 1.5 and another at about 2.5 miles into the run. This will be a cupless event where athletes receive a collapsible cup to use at the aid station. Refill the containers as necessary and take down the station when the event is complete.

Details

Volunteers will be at the finish line to hand out finisher gear to participants. You will need their bib showing they received it. Volunteers will also help with chip removal, food and drink and other areas at the finish line.

Volunteers are responsible for assisting athletes with parking at Higgens Point. They will also prevent people from parking in the Higgens Point boat launch and boat launch overflow parking areas.
