Pre-race Setup & Check-In

Details

Help setup for race start including setting up tables, aid station and distributing race bibs/timing chips to racers that have not yet picked up packets. It also may require some assistance with clean up after the runners have started the race.

Aid Station 1 - Start/Finish Line Assistants

These volunteers will help hand out water and swag to finishing participants and offer aid as needed. Most of all, these assistants should be loud cheerleaders, rooting for participants to finish strong!

Aid Station 2 - Wildwood

Aid Station 3 - Mid Mountain

Course Transport (Volunteers with ATVs)

Details

Are you willing to volunteer your ATV in addition to yourself to the event? Great! We are looking for a few volunteers that would be willing to help transport volunteers, participants and materials along the course during the event. There is only ATV access to the course during the race and we are grateful for your help!

Retail Booth Medium Priority

Details

The course take down involves help removing all signage, garbage, and flowers from the race course. This happens directly after the race, before the Oktoberfest. The more we have, the quicker we will be off the mountain!
