Duties:
Set up cones, tables, banners
Inflate and place balloons
Assist with water station setup
Help unload and position carts from Prairie View
Place directional arrows, stakes, and balloons
Final walk/drive of course to confirm marking
Assist with water station placement on course

Location: City Parking Lot (Start/Finish) & Race Course

Course Marshals / Crosswalk Safety Medium Priority

Time: 7:40–10:30 AM
Duties:
Monitor crosswalks
Direct runners, walkers and ruckers safely
Communicate with race lead if issues arise

Location: Assigned intersections on course

Water Station Volunteers

Time: 7:45–10:30 AM
Duties:
Fill cups
Encourage participants
Maintain clean station area

Location

On-Course Station: 2 volunteers
Start/Finish Station: 2 volunteers

Photo / Cheer Squad

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Time: 7:45–10:30 AM
Duties:
Take photos/videos
Cheer and motivate runners
Capture roundabout moments

Location

Location: Roundabout + key cheer zones

Finish Line & Certificates Team

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Time: 8:15–10:45AM
Duties:
Add names to certificates at finish
Assist with post-race flow
Answer participant questions

Course Clean-Up Crew

Details

Time: 9:30–11:00 AM
Duties:
Remove arrows, balloons, stakes
Tear down water stations
General course sweep
