Lead Bikers

Ride in front of the leader for 10k or 5k races to keep the course clear and to help direct the runners to stay on course.

Start/Finish High Priority

Details

Start control for lining up runners, some working at finish line to set up refreshments and medals. After starting, all volunteers move to the finish line to prepare and hand out medals and refreshments to the finishers.

Registration - Race Day

Details

Checking in runners as they arrive, handing out bibs, shirts and other items to runners. Once all races have started, may also shift to Finish Line.

Volunteer Captain High Priority

You will manage a group of volunteers, helping them find out where to go, what to do in case of emergencies, and so on. You may also need to decide who will lead each location.

Gear Check High Priority

Details

Taking gear bags from runners, tagging them with the runners' tag off their bib, organizing bags for easy retrieval after the race, and handing bags out to runners after the finish.

Assist runners going the correct way at the split with bullhorns and signage
