Cheer on the finishers and provide them with their finishers ribbons/certificates. Provide encouragement, drinks and directions on safely exiting the finishers area.

Record the bib numbers and finish times of participants as they cross the finish line. Report the times to the Race Directors

Details

Provide water/electrolytes/snacks to the participants along the course. Main water stop locations will be on Woodcreek, just before Birchwood. This is also another position that will allow you to be a MOTIVATOR and CHEERLEADER to all along the course!

Details

The photographer takes photos of the participants and the event venue. The photographer will email Barbara Tischler the photos upon completion of the event.

Course Marshalls (4-8 people) High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Minimum met, 4 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

The Course Marshalls direct and assist the participants on navigating the course SAFELY - this is a High Priority Assignment and volunteers should be at least 16 years of age OR accompanied by an adult.

This is also a great opportunity to CHEER on the participants while they complete the 5k! Bring your pompoms, flags and cowbells!

Ready - Set - GO! This role is for the person who would like to "kick things off" for the run. You will blow the START WHISTLE and start the timing clock!

Participant check-in for those who are already registered for the event. Verify name, t-shirt size and issue their bib, run bag and tee.
