Pass out Flyers in the neighborhood 1 week before the race to inform neighbors of street closures and noise.
( time to be discussed with volunteers)

Registration (8) 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM

1. Work with timing company
2. Register people day of race
3. Hand out T-shirts/goody bags
4. Cashiers

Food and water (8) 7:00 am - 10:30 am

1. Pass out water during race
2. Pass out water at finish line
3. Pass out food at finish line
4. Pick up food and water (from donors)
5. Set up food and water stations
