Help welcome runners to the Solidarity Sidekick Route 66 Series! Registration volunteers assist with check‑in, handing out bibs, answering basic questions, and keeping the pre‑race flow smooth and friendly.
Arrival: At least 1 hour before race start
Perks: One free swag item
Time commitment: Pre‑race only

Set Up Crew

Details

Be part of the team that brings the event to life. Set‑Up Crew helps with tents, tables, signage, cones, start/finish layout, water station prep, and general event staging. Light to moderate lifting may be involved.
Time commitment: Two hour prior to event start time

Tear Down Crew

Details

Help us wrap up the event quickly and efficiently. Tear‑Down Crew assists with removing signage, packing gear, folding tables, collecting cones, and restoring the venue to its original condition. A great option for volunteers who prefer to help after the race rather than early in the morning.
Time commitment: Immediately after the event. Tear down crew runs the race for free

Cheer Squad / Course Spirit Team
