-Have "RaceDay CheckIn" app downloaded to your phone (password will be provided near day of event)
-Assist with "Day of" registration (both online and paper), check participant in, and distribute any "Day of" shirts (if available)
(Limited as you are able to volunteer and run)

Packet Pickup Medium Priority

Race Day Shirt and Medal Table Medium Priority

-Arrive By 9:15am to 11:30am
- Unpackage and setup awards to be handed out and assist with awards.
-Take any notes needed for awards.

Food Service

Food Set Up & Help High Priority

-Setup fruit and food line, heat and help prepare portions
-Clean up as needed

Start/Finish Line Medium Priority

-Arrive By 9:30am to 11:30pm
-Man Mile 1 spot then after last runner passes, walk a short distance and man Mile 5 until the last runner passes

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

-Arrive By 9:30am to 11:30pm
-Man Mile 2 until last runner passes
(Mile 2 is in eye sight of water stop)

Traffic Control #1 County Road 350N & Swaney High Priority

You must be 18-100 years old to volunteer for this task.

-Man intersection to slow any traffic for runners and stop vehicle traffic if needed
-Near Mile Marker 6 located at the cemetary

Water Stop Medium Priority

November 1, 2026

Details

-Arrive By 9:30am to 11:15pm
-Prepare water for runners and hand out as needed
-Water stop is used twice, just before Mile 2 and short distance from Mile 4
-Clean up any cups after last runner passes

Turn Around Attendee High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

-Arrive By 9:30am to 11:00pm
-Act as an informant to have runners turn around and slow/ stop any traffic as needed

Mile Marker 4 Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

-Arrive By 9:30am to 11:30pm
-Man Mile 4 until last runner passes
(Mile 2 is just around the corner of Mile 4)
