You will be responsible for ensuring cups are filled with water and Gatorade and handing out the cups to runners. Also making sure to clean up the cups.
Once the 5K people have gone past you, you would be responsible for moving the table down to mile 12 and on the other side of the road. Mile 12 is maybe .5 miles away from your original spot.
