Parking Attendant High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Monitor the parking lot entry points and points at which the course crosses traffic to stop cars if there are participants crossing. Cheer on participants as they pass!

Course Marshall High Priority

You must be 12 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Volunteers will be stationed along the course route to direct the flow of runners and cheer on participants as they race. Volunteers are encouraged to make signs, bring noise makers, etc. to cheer on participants! Document the event by taking picture of our volunteers, participants, and course!

Halfway Water Station High Priority

Man the water station located halfway through the 5K course. Pour and hand water to anyone who would like some and direct them along the proper race course path.

Race Day Check-In and Packet Pick-Up High Priority

Assist with participants checking in on race day and distributing participant packets. Please download the Raceday Check-In App on your mobile device prior to your shift.

Distribute Finisher Medals High Priority

Details

Set up Medals on racks. Distribute medals as participants cross the finish line.

Food Truck and Vendor Coordinator High Priority

This volunteer task is full.

Details

Check in Food Trucks and other Festival Vendors upon arrival and show them to their set-up location. Provide them with voucher envelopes, collect and count vouchers after the event.

Bike Lead High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

On a bicycle, lead the participants on the 1 mile and 5K route and then ride the route to notify volunteers once the last walker has passed. Please arrive early if you aren't familiar with the route.
