You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

We need a volunteer to be a "nurse." All you need to be able to do is distribute first aid supplies and pass out ice and water. Need 2-3 people. Further Instructions will be provide prior to race day.

Athetic Trainer High Priority

Atletic Trainer Confirmation that they will be on BHSN property on April 4, 2026. Need 1-2 people.

Race Day Check-in/Awards High Priority

No volunteer spots remaining.

This volunteer task is full.

Details

Must check-in regristrants on race day, pass out goodie bags and shirts.
At the end of the race in charge of passing out medals at the end of the race. We need 2-3 people. Further Instructions will be provided prior to race day.
7:30am-11am.

Crossing Guards High Priority

You must be 20 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

There are a couple of spots where we will need crossing guards (these people will have to be adults) including:
-Where cars turn from lower lot onto prow
-The softball field entrance
-4 way stop near the Natatorium
-Entrance to the upper loop neighborhoods
-Entrance to the lower loop neighborhoods
Instructions will be provided prior to race day. Must be able to stand for two hours or provide your own camp chair if you need to sit. crossing guard outfits will be provided.5-7 people needed.
8:30am-11am

Course Setup High Priority

Minimum met, 1 volunteer spot remaining.

Details

Setup/Mark the course and set up regristration table/awards table. Fill water station and set up. Further instructions will be provided prior to race day. 5-10 people.
7:00am-8:30am

Teardown High Priority

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Taking down regristration tables, picking up any trash, cleaning water containers, picking up cones, collecting crossing guard uniforms. Further information will be provided prior to race day. 5-10 people needed.
11:am-12pm

Race Day Helper. Medium Priority

No volunteer spots remaining.

This volunteer task is full.

Details

Just around the area helping out. Helping kids if they need it, cheering people on, handing out waters, running the music, and other miscelaneous things. 2 people needed.
8:00am-11am

Photographer Medium Priority

Minimum met.

Details

Take photos of people during the race. Must own camera. 2-3 people. 9:00am-11:00am.
