Details

1. Volunteers will set up and manage late registration and packet pick up table.
2. Volunteers will need to communicate with the start line(s) to coordinate participant registrations.
3. Volunteers will be able to inform and direct participants to the right location(s).
4. Volunteers will close registration and packet pick up the the right time.
5. Volunteers will clear and pack up this area.
6. Volunteers will promtly secure all materials in proper place.
7. Please also plan on attending the Volunteer Recognition Event, during the awards ceremony, at the conclusion of the 5K Global Color Run and Kids Fun Run.

Location

Report to Ms. Manwani at the front of Elwood High School by 12:20 pm on Sunday, May 24, 2015.

5K Water Stations

Minimum met, 5 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

1. A mandatory meeting will be announced closer to race day.
2. Volunteers must remain at their assigned station until the last participant clearly and successfully clears the area.
3. Please also plan on attending the Volunteer Recognition Event, during the awards ceremony, at the conclusion of the 5K Global Color Run and Kids Fun Run.

Location

Volunteers will report to their proper assigned station at the right time.

Kids Fun Run

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

1. A mandatory meeting will be announced closer to race day.
2. Volunteers must ensure the safely of the participants while having fun!
3. Please also plan on attending the Volunteer Recognition Event, during the awards ceremony, at the conclusion of the 5K Global Color Run and Kids Fun Run.

5K Color Stations

Details

2. Volunteers must remain at their assigned station until the last participant clearly and successfully clears the area.
3. Volunteers will enthusiastically color participants in a safe and appropriate manner.
4. Please also plan on attending the Volunteer Recognition Event, during the awards ceremony, at the conclusion of the 5K Global Color Run and Kids Fun Run.

Location

Volunteers will report to their proper assigned station at the right time to safely and appropriately color participants on the 5K course.

5K Course Management

Minimum met, 5 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

1. A mandatory meeting will be announced closer to race day.
2. Volunteers must manage their assigned station until the last participant clearly and successfully clears the area.
3. Volunteers will enthusiastically and properly direct all participants through the race course.
4. Volunteers will maintain direct communication with emergency personnel. CPR/First aid and other certification(s) a plus for this position.
5. Please also plan on attending the Volunteer Recognition Event, during the awards ceremony, at the conclusion of the 5K Global Color Run and Kids Fun Run.

Location

Volunteers will report to their proper assigned station at the right time to manage the 5K course.

Volunteers must report to Mr. Bedel by 12:30 pm Sunday, May 24, 2015, at the front of Elwood Hgh School.

Please also plan on attending the Volunteer Recognition Event, during the awards ceremony, at the conclusion of the 5K Global Color Run and Kids Fun Run.

Store & Display Puzzle

Details

At the conclusion of the event, volunteers will help place the puzzle at semi-permanent location. Volunteers report to Mr. Bedel.
