Volunteers will fill cups and pass out water and Gatorade to runners. This is an out and back course so runners will hit this station 2 times.

Location

Bluffton road Bridge near the Clyde Theater, Please report to the packet pick up area in West Swinney Park on race day for final instructions. Plan to arrive in West Swinney by 7:30AM for instructions.

Details

Foster Park near the baseball diamonds. Take Hartman road into Foster Park and proceed to the end circle drive area. Volunteers will fill cups and pass out water and Gatorade to runners. This is an out and back course so runners will hit this station 2 times.

Race Morning Packet Pick up (8/08/26) 6:45AM - 8 AM High Priority

Help distribute packets and help with race day registration. 6:45AM to 8 AM. If time allows help with finish line area during the race.

Packet Pick up is located in West Swinney Park in the large pavilion.

Finish Line Help (8/08/26) 8:15 AM - 10:30AM Medium Priority

Minimum met.

Details

Help pass out waters and other misc. tasks near the finish line. Help with clean up following the race if possible. 8 AM to 10:30AM

Course Marshall (08/08/26) 7:30-10:30AM Medium Priority

Details

Help direct runners on the course at a specific point.
