Our packet pick up will be at Erin's House. Plan to arrive by 4:30 PM so we can be set up and ready by 4:45PM. Runners always arrive early to packet pick up. Packet pick up hours will be from 5-7 PM.

Race Day Tasks

Water Station (Saturday 2/24/24) Medium Priority

Details

Water Station on 5K course. These individuals will be located around the 1.5 mile mark of the 5K course. 5K starts at 10 AM on 2/24/24 (Saturday) Dress for the weather and plan to be in place before the race begins by 9:45 AM. Report to the Wolf Center at Salomon Farms by 9:30AM and exact location will be given to you.

Details

Arrive early to help with packet pick up before the race begins. Please arrive between 8:15-8:30AM so we can be set and ready by 8:45AM. This will be inside the Wolf Learning Center at Salomon Farms.

Pass out Chocolate/Medals (Saturday 2/24/24) High Priority

Details

These individuals will pass out our pre-packaged chocolate to runners as they pass through the finish line area on raceday. This will be outside so dress for the weather. Please arrive by 9:30AM to receive instructions.
