*Prepare cups for racers. Fill cups half full before the racers come to you. They will not be able to stop and wait for you to pour them a cup.
*Don’t stand in front of racers. Hold cup out at arms length, in palm of hand if possible.
*Please pick-up empty cups after race. Check area around your station, because sometimes the racers will carry the cups, and then throw them down.
*Leave everything at your water site. After the race, the sag wagon will pick-up table, coolers, remaining cups and garbage after last runners have finished.
*Race is done when the sag wagon passes you and the driver will tell you that the racers are the end of the line for participants.
