This is the most important! It's very very dark and every. single. year someone gets lost. The more volunteers I can have helping manage the runner/walker traffic the less likely someone gets turned around or misses something.

We are going to provide Hot Cocoa packets, but need someone to pick up our 5-gallon water coolers and fill them with hot water before the event so that the water is still hot that evening, and then bring them to the event.

Our favorite local Police Officer will not be able to volunteer his time this year to help get runners back and forth across Day Rd. I need someone willing to press the crosswalk button to change the signal when we start, then keep an eye on those finishing up and press it again as individuals need to cross back to the school from the neighborhood.
