6:30am-9:00am | Help us set up the start/finish line, tents, tables, and other event infrastructure prior to race start.

Runner Check-In High Priority

7:30am-9:30am | Assist in checking in runners, handing out race bibs and swag near the race start line area.

Results/Timing Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

9:30am-11:30am | Help us record and document finish places, call out racer bib number as runners finish their race, etc.

Event Pack Up Low Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

12:00pm-2:00pm | Help us tear down and pack up the event equipment into the van at the start/finish area. This is a HUGE help after a long weekend of organizing.
