Road Block Support High Priority

You must be 15 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Road block support volunteers play a critical role in ensuring the success and safety of the color run! Volunteers in this role are assigned an intersection to help direct vehicular traffic away from the color run route and keep vehicles off of the roads as our participants complete the run/walk event.

Location

Volunteers will meet at the packet pick-up location at Chisholm Trail on the morning of the event before moving to assigned intersections prior to the start of the 5k.

Event Set-Up Medium Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Event set-up volunteers will help prep our family fun space by setting tables and chairs up at our food court and/or helping to set-up the yard games (aprox. 7:45-8:15 am).

Location

Chisholm Trail Elementary South East lawn & parking spaces.

Event Take-Down Medium Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Event take-down volunteers will help to clean up take down food court tables and chairs and games as the post-race fun winds down (aprox. 11:45am-12:15 pm).
