Details

Organize packet pick up station prior to start. Pass out packets and t-shirts to race participants. Work alongside Koch Wellbeing Team to ensure participants receive their bibs, t-shirts, etc.

Water Station- Race Day

Details

Pass out H2O to race participants. Ensure water station is organized for efficient hand-off. Refill water cups as needed. Cheer participants on and be enthusiastic! Clean up/throw away trash prior to leaving water station.

Photo Booth- Race Day

Details

Take pictures of race participants in front of photo backdrop. Offer assistance with photo props. Have fun!

Check In Station/Packet Pick Up- Race Day

Organize check-in station prior to start. Pass out packets and t-shirts to race participants. Ensure participants receive their bibs, t-shirts, etc. Clean up/organize extra supplies prior to leaving.

Medal distribution

Details

Pass out medals to race finishers. Hold a few medals on each arm for efficient hand off. Cheer and congratulate participants as they cross the finish line!

Cheering Section/Hype Area

Cheer and congratulate participants as they participate in the race! Offer words of encouragement. Use cow bells.
