Event Setup & Teardown Crew Medium Priority

Arrive early to help set up tables, tents, banners, water stations, and directional signage. After the event, assist in breaking down and cleaning up.

Registration & Check-In Team High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Manage participant check-in, distribute race packets, and T-shirts. Handle walk-up registrations and answer questions.

Water Station Crew High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Set up and hand out water cups to runners/walkers. Refill as needed, keep the area tidy.

Start/Finish Line Support High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help organize participants at the start, hand out medals or snacks at the finish line, and assist with timing if needed.

Flexible Volunteers

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Flexible helpers who can be reassigned if an area gets overwhelmed (e.g., extra hands at registration, covering breaks).
