You will lead the race on the out and back course. Race starts at 2pm

Parking Lot Attendant

Minimum met, 2 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Come at 1pm and you will direct people to the other parking lot when the main parking lot is full. You could still run the race with this volunteer position.

Welcome Guide

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Come at 12:30. Help people as they come in to know what table to go to.

Registration Table

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Come at 12:30. Help register people for the race and/or Run Wichita club.

Payment/Bib Table

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Come at 12:30. Take payment for the race and/or Run Wichita club. Pass out bib numbers. Take race entries to Timer Guys

Shirt Table

Minimum met, 2 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Come at 12:30. Help hand out shirts.

Drop Bags

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Come at 12:30 to take items that want to be left in the gym and hand out after the race is over.

Turn Around Water Station

Minimum met, 2 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Come by 1:30. Set up water table, jug, and cups at the turn around. Hand out to those that need it. Bring everything back after the last person passes.

Finish Line Water/Kleenex Station

Minimum met, 2 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Come by 2:00. Set up water table, jug, and cups at the finish line. Pass out water and/or kleenex to those that need it. Put away when last participant finishes.

Photographer

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Come at 1:30 to take event photos and finish line pictures.

Clean Up

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

After the race, help make sure the bathrooms and gym are picked up.
